Youth and gender equality for the well-being of Europe
More than 3 million young Europeans cannot find work. Young people must be able to stay in their own country and territory to develop it.
This project aims to promote the retention of young talent and, in particular, skilled people who are victims of social exclusion.
The project is funded by the CERV programme (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values).
The YOUNG WORKFORCE project will run for 2 years and will focus on the exchange of experience through debate and raising the awareness of European communities and their young people, in line with the following specific objectives of the project:
- Raise awareness, as far as possible, of the serious situation of young people and women in the labour market
- Promoting European values to combat youth unemployment and gender equality in the labour market
- Exchange of views between project partners, enabling clear conclusions to be drawn on a common problem
- Include NINI in the project to bring them closer to European policies and values
- Tackling the problems that lead women to find themselves in obvious employment inequalities
