10th European Congress of Local Governments

Olivier Védrine will be taking part in the 10th European Congress of Local Governments with the theme 'Global Challenges - Local Solutions'.

November 2024 marks the thousandth day since the start of the war in Ukraine.
Although the Russian Federation has not won, it is pushing the Ukrainian troops further and further back. For his part, President Zelenskiy maintains that it is possible to end the war peacefully or through a "victory plan".
