Her Voice, Her Power, Our Future!

The second day of the Her Voice project at the Maison de Jean Monnet, where our partners arrived on the evening of 13 February 2025.

  • Martí Grau SEGU on  From the Schuman Declaration to the Maastricht Treaty
  • Miguel Ángel Martín Ramos - Vice-president of the Jean Monnet Association and Brussels delegate of the Yuste Foundation, on The Maastricht Treaty: The voice of citizens and civil society in Europe

 

  • Catherine Martin - Director of theAJC on  Equality policies and the fight against gender-based violence in France, and the challenge of helping women back into employment and promoting empowerment and recognition of rights

 

  • Creative workshop : How to promote gender balance and increase women's participation in civil society and democratic processes.

 

  • In the footsteps of Jean Monnet, Reflection on good governance and the creation of alliances and the origins and values of Europe

The day begins with a speech by Philippe Laurette Chairman of the Jean Monnet Association, of Marti Grau Segu Director of the Maison Jean Monnet and Lina Galvez Chair of the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality, Member of the European Parliament.
