The Jean Monnet Association was present at the 10th International Congress of Political Consultants in Kiev with Igor Tenetko, Olivier Védrine and remotely Philippe Laurette.
The Association of Professional Political Consultants (APPC) organised its 10th International Congress of Political Consultants in Kiev in December 2024. The congress, entitled "Ukraine-2030", was held at the "Bakkara Art" hotel and began on 5 November, with group work on several themes for over a month:

- Administrative and territorial reform
- Economic policy
- Migration policy
- Social policy
- Parliamentarism
- Elections
- International relations
- Media
The discussions centred on the key question: "What should Ukraine look like from the first day of peace until 2030?"
Topics covered :
- Political experts Discussion on scenarios for the end of military operations and the transition to peace.
- Elections 2024 Analysis of election campaigns in the EU, USA, Latin America, Moldova, Romania and the Middle East.
- Constitution 22 points for reform presented by Anna Tenetko, with the participation of Marina Stavniychuk.
- Parliamentarism Reduction in the number of political parties and simplification of party mergers.
- Electoral legislation Adoption of a temporary law on elections, with a two-round majority system.
- Social policy Questions on veterans, displaced persons and vulnerable groups.
- International policy Ukraine's future diplomacy, relations with NATO and the EU.
- Migration policy Plan of measures to improve demographic indicators from 2025 to 2030.
- Administrative and territorial reform Community problems, especially in front-line areas.
- Economic policy Economic development priorities and post-war reconstruction.
The congress concluded with the creation of the "Hall of Fame" of the Ukrainian Political Council, honouring important figures such as Alexander Volkov, Yuri Levenets and Alexander Razumkov.
The congress was judged to have been very fruitful, with a professional and friendly atmosphere, and great faith in the future of the country.
