The project kicks off in Paris with a visit to the Panthéon and the Marie Curie Museum on the following theme  in the footsteps of Simone Veil and the role of women in French politics.

The afternoon will be followed by debates at the National Assembly and contributions from French and European associations and political representatives.

• Lucy Alaphilippe. Project manager for the "Citizens, equality, rights and values" CERV programme on the theme of open up perspectives on women's participation in democratic processes

Meeting and exchange of best practices with associations of women and political representatives working in the field of sustainability and European women's activism and their participation in democratic processes in France and Europe.

• Cov&elles women's network of the Covéa Group with  Noelie Djoukam Makoudom and Koko Lawson Adote on the theme Promoting women and gender equality: an example from the business world
• Women in local politics in France with Marie-Laure Charles. Member of the Board of Directors of the Association Jean Monnet and Founding President of the Rotary e-Club Paris International

Participants have been invited to prepare a presentation on the theme of the project related to their country, which will be presented and opened by a discussion on the implementation of these practices in the partners' countries.
