On 1 and 2 July, the Maison de Jean Monnet welcomed Clément BeauneHigh Commissioner for Strategy and Planning and his team.
It should be remembered that Jean Monnet was the first to head the Commissariat Général du Plan created by General de Gaulle in 1946.
