Monica holds a Master's degree in Comparative Political Sociology from the University of Nanterre Paris X.
After having worked at the Maison Jean Monnet, property of the European Parliament, she joined the Maison de l'Europe in Paris at the end of 2018.
A specialist in European issues, she organised and supervised the association's events. She was also responsible for the Europe Direct information centre at the Maison de l'Europe in Paris.
