Houjarray's Prospective Conversations

Launched in 2023, Prospective Conversations is an annual event organised by the Association Jean Monnet in close collaboration with the Maison Jean Monnet in Bazoches-sur-Guyonne and other partners, mainly Think Tanks.

For a whole weekend, experts in European affairs from different parts of the world are being invited to the Maison Jean Monnet. They come from a wide range of backgrounds and ages: parliamentarians, European and national civil servants, members of influential European think tanks, journalists, representatives of business and industry, trade unions and the arts.

They discuss in "off" mode, according to the "Chatham House Rules", in complete freedom, subjects that affect the position of the EU and Europe in the world of today and tomorrow, drawing inspiration from the spiritual heritage and memory of Jean Monnet's action. You will find here some echoes of their talks and speeches.
