Caroline Schmidt is a migration policy adviser in the Analysis and Consultancy Division of the Konrad ADENAUER Foundation.
She was previously a research officer at the Foundation's office in Tunisia for almost two years.
She has a degree in French Studies and Economics and a Masters in Intercultural Communication and Development Economics.
