The congress, entitled \"Ukraine-2030\", was held at the \"Bakkara Art\" hotel and began on 5 November, with group work on several themes for over a month:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Constitution of Ukraine<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Administrative and territorial reform<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Economic policy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Migration policy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social policy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parliamentarism<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Elections<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>International relations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Media<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussions centred on the key question: \"What should Ukraine look like from the first day of peace until 2030?\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Topics covered :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Political experts<\/strong>\u00a0Discussion on scenarios for the end of military operations and the transition to peace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Elections 2024<\/strong>\u00a0Analysis of election campaigns in the EU, USA, Latin America, Moldova, Romania and the Middle East.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Constitution<\/strong>\u00a022 points for reform presented by Anna Tenetko, with the participation of Marina Stavniychuk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parliamentarism<\/strong>\u00a0Reduction in the number of political parties and simplification of party mergers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electoral legislation<\/strong>\u00a0Adoption of a temporary law on elections, with a two-round majority system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social policy<\/strong>\u00a0Questions on veterans, displaced persons and vulnerable groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>International policy<\/strong>\u00a0Ukraine's future diplomacy, relations with NATO and the EU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Migration policy<\/strong>\u00a0Plan of measures to improve demographic indicators from 2025 to 2030.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Administrative and territorial reform<\/strong>\u00a0Community problems, especially in front-line areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Economic policy<\/strong>\u00a0Economic development priorities and post-war reconstruction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Association Jean Monnet - Intervention APPC\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0OBxotlgbJ8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The congress concluded with the creation of the \"Hall of Fame\" of the Ukrainian Political Council, honouring important figures such as Alexander Volkov, Yuri Levenets and Alexander Razumkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The congress was judged to have been very fruitful, with a professional and friendly atmosphere, and great faith in the future of the country.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;association Jean Monnet \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente au 10\u00e8me Congr\u00e8s International des Consultants Politiques \u00e0 Kiev avec Igor Tenetko, Olivier V\u00e9drine et \u00e0 distance Philippe Laurette.
