Diese Woche sind wir in \u00dajszilv\u00e1s, Hongrie\ud83c\udded\ud83c\uddfa, um das vierte Treffen des Projekts Yo-Wo Cities Network (Young Workforce - Youth and Gender Equality for Europe`s Welfare) im Rahmen des EU-Programms CERV (Citizenship, Equality, Rights and Values) abzuhalten. Wir werden unsere Erfahrungen und bew\u00e4hrten Praktiken bei Jugendprojekten austauschen, wobei wir uns dieses Mal auf die gr\u00fcne Wirtschaft, die europ\u00e4ische Politik zur Bek\u00e4mpfung der Auswirkungen von Covid-19 und ihre Auswirkungen auf die soziale Ausgrenzung junger Menschen auf lokaler Ebene konzentrieren werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projektpartner sind die Gemeinde La Pobla Llarga (Spanien), der Bulgarische Jugendverband (Bulgarien), CARDET (Zypern), das Jugendzentrum Velenje (Slowenien), die Gemeinde Rhenen (Niederlande), die Gemeinde Ujszilvas (Ungarn), die Autokreakja-Stiftung (Polen) und die Association Jean Monnet (Frankreich), vertreten durch Alberto Lorente Saiz und seinen Vizepr\u00e4sidenten. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Miguel \u00c1ngel Mart\u00edn Ramos, und Delegierte in Br\u00fcssel der Yuste-Stiftung (Spanien \/ Belgien) als strategischem Partner der Association Jean Monnet.
Das Projekt, das vom Gemeinderat von La Pobla Llarga (Spanien) geleitet wird, soll das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Jugendbesch\u00e4ftigung in Europa und die geschlechtsspezifischen Unterschiede sch\u00e4rfen und zum Nachdenken dar\u00fcber anregen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zweiter Arbeitstag in \u00dajszilv\u00e1s, Hungr\u00eda\ud83c\udded\ud83c\uddfa, des vierten Treffens des Projekts Yo-Wo Cities Network (Young Workforce - Youth and Gender Equality for Europe`s Welfare) im Rahmen des europ\u00e4ischen Programms CESR (Citizenship, Equality, Rights and Values). Wir widmeten das heutige Programm dem Austausch bew\u00e4hrter Verfahren von Initiativen, die zur Bek\u00e4mpfung der Auswirkungen von Covid auf die Jugendarbeitslosigkeit und die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter durchgef\u00fchrt wurden, der Diskussion \u00fcber die Entscheidungsprozesse und die Politik in Europa im Zusammenhang mit Jugend und Gleichstellung sowie der Erstellung einer Infografik, die die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts zeigt, damit sie leicht auf andere Gebiete und Gemeinden \u00fcbertragen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gestern besuchten wir auch einige der in der Vormittagssitzung vorgestellten Projekte, Beispiele f\u00fcr die Integration junger Menschen in den Arbeitsmarkt und die F\u00f6rderung der Gleichstellung der Geschlechter, wie Ferzol, eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Fabriken im Metallsektor in Ungarn, die von einer Frau geleitet wird und deren Vorsitzender sie ist <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

in einem traditionell m\u00e4nnlich dominierten Sektor mit \u00fcber 30 % Frauen in qualifizierten technischen Positionen und mit speziellen Ausbildungsprogrammen f\u00fcr junge Menschen, um sie in den Sektor zu integrieren, wenn sie keine formale oder berufliche Ausbildung haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
